ORDERING & SHIPPING

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process the orders as quickly as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact our team at customercare@infiniterealstrengthactivewear.com with any changes or cancellations you want to make.

How long until my order will be shipped?

We will aim to process your order between 1 - 2 business days if your item is in stock.

You will receive an email containing order confirmation and details. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so you can see the status of your order.

What are the shipping methods?

United Kingdom: Standard delivery 1-2 Working Days £5.00. 

Europe & Rest of World: Standard Delivery 3-5 Working Days £5.00. but this may vary depending on your location. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products must be returned in their original unworn condition with original labels attached. Unless the product is deemed faulty and a fault of InfiniteRS, the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund.

You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.
